Abstract :Το αντικείμενο της παρούσης διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να εξετάσει τις προθέσεις και τις αντιλήψεις αναφορικά με την ικανοποίηση των καταναλωτών σε σχέση με την αγορά των τροφίμων τόσο στο Online, όσο και στο Offline περιβάλλον του λιανεμπορίου τροφίμων.
The purpose of this thesis is to examine the intentions and perceptions regarding consumer satisfaction in relation to the purchase of food in both Online and Offline in the food retail industry.
