This study provides a comprehensive analysis of two significant acquisitions in the media and entertainment industry: The Walt Disney Company's acquisition of 21st Century Fox and Warner Bros.' acquisition of Discovery. The research employs a comparative approach, examining the financial performance and key financial ratios of both companies for pre and post-acquisition period
