| Abstract : | Σχεδόν όλα τα κατασκευαστικά έργα χαρακτηρίζονται από σημαντικές υπερβάσεις κόστους σε σχέση με τον προβλεπόμενο προϋπολογισμό. Γι’ αυτό είναι πολύ σημαντικό για τη βιωσιμότητα του εκάστοτε οργανισμού, κατά τη διάρκεια υλοποίησης των έργων, να χρησιμοποιούνται εργαλεία για τον έλεγχο και την παρακολούθησή τους. Η ανάλυση δεδουλευμένης αξίας (Earned Value Analysis) αποτελεί ένα τέτοιο εργαλείο και δίνει σημαντικές πληροφορίες στην ομάδα διαχείρισης για την πρόοδο του έργου. Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να διερευνηθούν οι προκλήσεις της μεθόδου που μέχρι σήμερα δυσκολεύουν πολύ την παρακολούθηση τεχνικών έργων στη χώρα μας και να αναλυθεί μία σειρά εργαλείων για την αντιμετώπισή τους. Μέσα από τη βιβλιογραφία, τις συνεντεύξεις και την ανάλυση δεδουλευμένης αξίας σε ένα υπόγειο τεχνικό έργο διαφωτίζεται σε βάθος το πλαίσιο υλοποίησης για την ορθή χρήση της ανάλυσης δεδουλευμένης αξίας.
Almost all construction projects are characterized by significant cost overruns compared to the planned budget. That is why it is very important for the sustainability of each organization, during the implementation of the projects, that the right tools are used in order to control and monitor time and cost. Earned Value Analysis is one of these tools and gives important information to the management team about the progress of the project. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the challenges of the method that until today make very demanding the monitoring of the technical projects’ progress in our country and to analyze a series of tools to deal with all these difficulties. Through the literature, the interviews and the case study of earned value analysis in an underground construction project, the in-depth implementation framework for the proper use of earned value analysis is illuminated.
