| Abstract : | Στόχος της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η Εκτίμηση / Πρόβλεψη της χειροτέρευσης της οικονομικής κατάστασης ελληνικών εισηγμένων εταιρειών με βάση συγκεκριμένους αριθμοδείκτες.Η προσέγγιση που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν να γίνει μελέτη στη διεθνή βιβλιογραφία για παρόμοια μοντέλα και θεωρίες που έχουν αναπτυχθεί και προταθεί έως τώρα, ώστε, αρχικά, να διερευνηθεί εάν μπορούν να γίνουν τέτοιου είδους προβλέψεις και, εν συνεχεία, να γίνει μελέτη σε περαιτέρω εμπειρικές μελέτες και να εντοπιστούν οι αριθμοδείκτες που εμφανίζονται πιο συχνά σε τέτοιου είδους μοντέλα.Η εξέταση τής βιβλιογραφία μας δείχνει ότι η χρήση αριθμοδεικτών για την πρόβλεψη της χειροτέρευσης της οικονομικής κατάστασης μιας επιχείρησης έχει νόημα, και υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να δημιουργηθούν μοντέλα που προβλέπουν σε ικανοποιητικό βαθμό τέτοιου είδους κινδύνους.Μάλιστα, στο Κεφάλαιο 9της παρούσας εργασίας, αναπτύσσεται ένα τέτοιο μοντέλο με τη χρήση Panel Data Regression, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει τελικά εφτά (7) αριθμοδείκτες και χρησιμοποιείται για την πρόβλεψη της αποδοτικότητας των εταιρειών, μέσω του δείκτη των Ταμειακών ροών προς το Σύνολο του Ενεργητικού.Επίσης, εξετάζονται τρεις χρονικές περίοδοι. Αρχικά, η περίοδος 1998-2017, στη συνέχεια η περίοδος 1998 -2008, και τελικά η περίοδος 2008-2017, που βρίσκεται μετά την εκδήλωση της Ελληνικής Κρίσης.
The aim of the thesis is to estimate the prediction of the deterioration of the financial position of Greek listed companies based on specific figures.The approach used was to study the international literature on similar models and theories that have been developed and proposed so far to initially investigate whether such predictions can be made and then study further empirical studies and to identify the most frequently occurring figures in such models.The examination of our literature shows that the use of indicators to predict the deterioration of an enterprise's financial situation makes sense, and it is possible to create models that adequately predict such risks.Indeed, in Chapter 9 of this paper, such a model is developed using Panel Data Regression, which includes seven (7) mathematical variables and is used to predict the profitability of companies through the Cash Flow to Total Asset.Three time periods are also considered.
