| Abstract : | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας μελέτης αποτελεί η ενοποίηση των μητρώων της Δημόσιας Διοίκησης και πως εφαρμόζεται ο Γενικός Κανονισμός Προστασίας Δεδομένων ΕΕ 2016/679, που τέθηκε σε ισχύ τον Μάιο του 2018. Η έρευνα παρουσιάζει την προσπάθεια της ψηφιακής ενοποίησης του ελληνικού δημοσίου μέσα από μια παρουσίαση της παρούσας κατάστασης και του τελικού στόχου. Η μελέτη επικεντρώνεται στις νομοθετικές ρυθμίσεις που έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί καθώς και στον Κώδικα Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης Ν.4727/2020 και πως εφαρμόζεται μέσα από τα άρθρα η ευρωπαϊκή οδηγία GDPR. Γίνεται αναφορά στην ένταξη των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων στο κέντρο διαλειτουργικότητας και στον ρόλο του νέου αναγνωριστικού όλων των πολιτών, του «Προσωπικού Αριθμού» ΠΑ. Έμφαση δίνεται επίσης και στις τεχνικές διαδικασίες της ενοποίησης καθώς και στις υπάρχουσες υποδομές κυβερνητικού νέφους.
The subject of this study is the data consolidation of the Greek Public Administration and how the General Data Protection Regulation EU2016/679 is applied, which entered into force in May 2018. The research presents the effort of the digital unification of the Greek Public Administration through a presentation of current situation and the final goal. The study focuses on the legal regulations that have been carried out as well as the Digital Governance Code (Law 4727/2020) and how the GDPR is implemented through the law. The study presents the integration of information systems in a centralized interface and the role of the new personal ID number for all citizens, called PN. Emphasis is also placed on the integration technical processes and the existing government cloud infrastructure.
