Abstract :	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει δύο στόχους. Ο πρώτος είναι να αναλύσει την επιρροή της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (Ε.Ε.) στην εθνική πολιτική για το περιβάλλον και ο δεύτερος να εξετάσει τους κυριότερους παράγοντες που ευθύνονται για τη μη εφαρμογή τους.Η αποδοχή και κατ’ επέκταση η εφαρμογή των ευρωπαϊκων οδηγιών συνιστούν την υλοποίηση του εξευρωπαϊσμού στα δημόσια πολιτικά των χωρών μελών. Εάν τα κράτη μέλη δεν μπορούν να συμμορφωθούν με τους ευρωπαϊκούς κανόνες, τότε δεν θα υπάρχουν και οι αντίστοιχες μεταβολές και η επίτευξη των στόχων που προσπαθεί να επιτύχει η Ε.Ε. This thesis has two objectives. The first is to analyze the influence of the European Union (EU) on national environmental policy and the second to examine the main factors responsible for their non-implementation.The acceptance and the implementation of the European directives constitute the implementation of Europeanization in the public policies of the member countries. If the member states cannot comply with the European rules, then there will be no corresponding changes and the achievement of the goals that the EU is trying to achieve.

Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει δύο στόχους.
