This survey tries to assess how do the programs that launched by the governments of three European countries Portugal, Greece and France , after the pandemic crisis of 2020, in the context of ‘’Next Generation EU’’ program, correspond to the ‘’Sustainable Development Goals’’ (SDG’s) and the Sustainable Development in general.
