Abstract :	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχει ως αντικείμενο εξέτασης την αντίδραση των τιμών των μετοχών την ημέρα ανακοίνωσης μιας Εξαγοράς ή Συγχώνευσης. Η πορεία που έχουν οι τιμές πριν και μετά το παραπάνω σημείο αναφοράς μπορεί να αλλάξει δείχνοντας έτσι την προτίμηση επιλογής ή μη που συνδέεται με τους επενδυτές και γενικότερα με την αγορά. The recent thesis has as its object the reaction of the share prices on the day of announcement of a Acquisitions or a Merger. The course of the prices before and after the above benchmark can be changed showing the choice or not preference linked to investors; and more generally with the market.
