Schneider), innovation and quality improvement are key bargaining power and based on these, all kinds of institutions, organizations, businesses, communities and nations at large are invited to address the transform ants at breakneck speed phenomena, such as: Competitive, globalized education progressively steadily and irreversibly, economics, entrepreneurship and international market, political and social currents threatening scarcity afflicting much of the planet.And of course the question that inevitably arises is how the University is a leading institution of social, economic, political, cultural and demographic development and progress, participates reacts to this unique cosmogony being done.The University, as most globalized social institution and recognized driver of economic, social development and progress, for several years asked to provide solutions to the above phenomena. Also, is invited to meet the requirements of the challenges for the preservation of peace and security, improve quality of life, the dynamic development of the economy, restoring respect to the moral values and the improvement of social behavior
