| Abstract : | Η εργασία έχει ως απώτερο σκοπό, ο αναγνώστης να κατανοήσει την σημασία των συστημάτων διαχείρισης πόρων, καθώς και να παρακινήσει έναν οργανισμό, όπου σκέφτεται να προβεί σε μια τέτοια λύση, να εξετάσει κάποιους βασικούς παράγοντες πριν την εφαρμογή του συστήματος. Τέλος, ανάλογα με το μέγεθος του οργανισμού να επιλέξει όσο την δυνατόν καλύτερη λύση για εκείνον ( On – premise ERP ή Cloud ERP)
No matter how big a business is, or which part of the market needs management and supervision. An ERP system is a system that has as a scope to help the company with these activities and is considered as a basis that connects the business core processes in an organization and facilitates the information flow within the organization so that business decisions to be able to be driven by data. However, implementing a competitive ERP system in an organization may require large capitalization and small and medium-sized businesses often lack the financial capability to manage this investment. Organizations tend to realize that they need ERP software when they start developing their business systems, especially when business systems consist of different applications that are collected over time. The question here is whether an enterprise will be able to choose the appropriate ERP system that it can be properly integrated into workflow organizations and existing systems. The thesis has as a scope, the reader to understand the importance of resource management systems and motivate an enterprise examined the key factors before implementing the system. Finally, depending on the size of the organization, choose the best solution for it (On - premise ERP or Cloud ERP).
