Abstract :Σε αυτή τη ερευνητική εργασία κάνουμε μία συγκεντρωτική έρευνα και μελέτη δέκα(10) πρωτοκόλλων αυθεντικοποίησης στα δίκτυα VANETs. Παραθέτουμε τις μεθόδους που χρησιμοποιούν για να πετύχουν την αυθεντικοποίηση και να εξασφαλίσουν τις παραμέτρους ασφάλειας που απαιτούνται. Ακολούθως αξιολογούμε συγκριτικά τα πρωτόκολλα για να καταλήξουμε σε κάποιες διαπιστώσεις.
In this Master Thesis we analyze ten(10) Authentication Protocols suggested for VANETs. We examine the procedures of signing, verification, revocation of messages and evaluate the different methods used. Then we compare the efficiency and the security requirements for successful use in VANETs.
