| dc.description.abstract | Ένα κρίσιμο οικονομικό ζήτημα για τις εταιρείες και τους επιχειρηματίες του ναυτιλιακού κλάδου είναι να γνωρίζουν τον σωστό χρόνο για μια πιθανή (επενδυτική) αγορά και πώληση ενός συμβατικού ή φιλικού προς το περιβάλλον πλοίου, ανάλογα με την εξέλιξη και τα στάδια του ναυτιλιακού κύκλου, αλλά και επιλογή του τύπου του σκάφους. Σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι να περιγράψει εκείνους τους καθοριστικούς παράγοντες που καθορίζουν τις τιμές των συμβατικών και φιλικών προς το περιβάλλον πλοίων και επίσης τα οικονομικά κριτήρια για την πιθανή αγορά και πώληση συμβατικού ή φιλικού προς το περιβάλλον πλοίου. Τα δεδομένα που αναλύθηκαν περιλαμβάνουν τα οικονομικά επιτόκια για την περίοδο 2000-2021. Έχει εξεταστεί η σχέση μεταξύ ορισμένων κρίσιμων μεταβλητών που επηρεάζουν άμεσα ή έμμεσα την επενδυτική απόφαση για την αγορά και πώληση συμβατικών ή φιλικών προς το περιβάλλον πλοίων καθώς και για τη διάλυσή τους. Τέλος, έχει γίνει προσπάθεια να εντοπιστεί οποιαδήποτε πιθανή συσχέτιση μεταξύ των τιμών των συμβατικών και φιλικών προς το περιβάλλον πλοίων σε σχέση με τις πραγματικές επενδύσεις δεδομένων. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | A critical financial issue for companies and entrepreneurs in the shipping sector is to know the right timing for a possible (investment) purchase and sale of a conventional or an eco- friendly built ship depending on the evolution and stages of the shipping cycle but also regarding the choice of the vessel type. The purpose of this dissertation is to describe those determinants that define the prices of conventional and eco-friendly vessels and also the economic criteria for the possible purchase and sale of conventional or an eco-friendly built ship. The data analyzed include financial rates for the period 2000-2021. The relationship between some critical variables have been examined that directly or indirectly affect the investment decision for the purchase and sale of conventional or eco-friendly ships as well as for their dismantling. Finally, an effort to trace any possible correlation between the prices of conventional and eco-friendly vessels has been made in respect to the real data investments. | en |
