| Abstract : | Η εργασία αποτελείται από τέσσερα αυτοτελή κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύονται οι καθοριστικοί παράγοντες για μία επιτυχημένη επένδυση σε ένα εστιατόριο και επίσης αναλύονται τρεις περιπτώσεις μελέτης.Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο με θέμα το ArcGis Explorer, γίνεται μία περιγραφή των λειτουργιών και των δυνατοτήτων αυτής της εφαρμογής.Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο διεξάγεται μία οικονομική ανάλυση πρασινίσματος δύο οικονομικά προσιτών έργων κατοικίας.Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο με την μέθοδο της προεξόφλησης μελλοντικών εισοδημάτων γίνεται αξιολόγηση μίας επένδυσης σε ένα ακίνητο.
This study consists of four individual chapters. In the first chapter, entitled Restaurant Real Estate, there is been held a broad analysis of the crucial factors that lead to a successful investment in the restaurant industry and three case studies are also analyzed. In the Second chapter, entitled ArcGis Explorer, there is a description of the functions and capabilities of this free informative, downloadable geographical application.In the third chapter, entitled Costs and Benefits of Green Affordable Housing, financial methods using a long term approach are applied in two case studies instead of the conventional approach that overestimates the first costs of construction.In the fourth chapter, a property evaluation report is formed. Specifically, a cash flow analysis is applied in order to evaluate an investment option for a property in the area of Athens.
