Abstract :In this thesis we examine the role of twitter from the politicians as well as thecitizen’s perspective. Specifically, we study its influence and contribution in the political process. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the data relating tothe elections and the referendum that took place in Greece during 2015.
Σε αυτή τη διατριβή εξετάζουμε το ρόλο του twitter από τους πολιτικούς καθώς και από τηνπροοπτική του πολίτη. Συγκεκριμένα, μελετάμε την επιρροή και τη συνεισφορά του στηνπολιτική διαδικασία. Ο κύριος στόχος αυτής της εργασίας είναι να αναλύσει τα δεδομένα που σχετίζονται μετις εκλογές και το δημοψήφισμα που πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Ελλάδα το 2015.
